Partner Agreement

• You confirm that all job opportunities you post or refer are genuine, accurate, verifiable, and not misleading or fraudulent.
• You understand all job postings are subject to Vacancy.ng review and approval before publication.
• You agree Vacancy.ng may reject, remove, or suspend any posting or account suspected of fraud, misrepresentation, or policy breach.
• You acknowledge rewards and earnings are based on verified activities, including genuine sign-ups and real engagement from your postings.
• You understand attempts to post fake jobs, manipulate sign-ups, mislead users, or abuse the reward system may lead to immediate suspension, forfeiture of earnings, and permanent ban.
• You agree that payments or rewards are processed only after Vacancy.ng verification and approval.
• You confirm you will use the platform professionally and lawfully, and will not impersonate any company, organization, or recruiter.
• You acknowledge Vacancy.ng connects opportunities and is not responsible for employer hiring decisions or outcomes.
• You consent to Vacancy.ng tracking referral activity, job performance metrics (views, clicks, sign-ups), and processing your data in line with the Privacy Policy.
• You agree Vacancy.ng may request proof or verification of opportunities, and failure to provide it may lead to listing removal and loss of associated rewards.
