Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily office activities.
Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
Assist in managing company databases and records.
Support management with administrative tasks and special projects.
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Maintain a professional and organized office environment.
Liaise with staff, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Minimum of [1-3] years administrative experience (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Experience with record-keeping and documentation.
Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is an advantage.
